TTC Subway Closures: 5 Stations On Line 1 Shutting Down (Nov. 23-24)

On Saturday November 23 and Sunday November 24 there will be subway closures in Toronto on Line 1 between York Mills and St Clair.

The holiday spirit is in full effect. Whether you’re headed downtown to check out one of several Christmas markets and events or simply getting where you need to go, these TTC subway closures could affect your commute.

Here’s what you need to know…


What's Closed

There will be no subway service on Line 1 between York Mills and St Clair stations on Saturday, Nov. 23 and Sunday, Nov. 24, 2019 for track work.

How To Navigate The Service Disruptions

Shuttle buses will operate. Wheel-Trans service will be available for customers requiring accessible service within the closure area. Customers may request Wheel-Trans service from any TTC employee.

This closure was originally scheduled to extend from York Mills Station to Eglinton Station.
