UPDATE: The previously scheduled early closure on Wednesday, June 5 has been cancelled in support of the Toronto Raptors game.

The TTC's never-ending bout of early subway closures continues with six stations closing early this week.

Starting on Monday night, all subway stations between Wilson and St. Clair West will cease operations at 11 p.m. until 6 a.m. the next morning. With the Toronto Raptors playing in Oakland this week, TTC riders can expect these early closures to run as scheduled every night until Friday morning.

Here’s what you need to know.

What’s Closed

There will be no subway service on Line 1 between Wilson and St. Clair stations between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. from Monday to Thursday due to corridor maintenance. The closure includes Yorkdale, Lawrence West, Glencairn and Eglinton West terminals.

How To Navigate The Closure

Shuttle buses will operate along the normal subway route. Buses will stop at all the regular subway station stops, just outside the typical zone. Wheel-Trans service will also be available, however, since Wilson Station is not yet accessible, customers requiring an elevator should continue to Sheppard West Station.

How To Pay

If you’re paying with PRESTO during the subway closure just tap your card when you first board the TTC.

If you are transferring from the subway to a shuttle bus or from a shuttle bus to the subway, don’t tap your PRESTO card again. Unlike normal subway to bus transfers, shuttle buses do not need a second tap.

Cash and token fares will still be accepted on the shuttle bus, which will get you a transfer onto the subway (and vice versa).

Normal service will resume by 6 a.m. each following morning.
