Just in time for the weekend, there will be three subway station closures along Line 1 that commuters should be planning for.

The closures will begin Saturday, February 29 and run through Sunday. During that time, there will be no subway service on Line 1 between Finch and Sheppard-Yonge stations as crews complete track work, resulting in the three stations being closed.

Rail service will continue on the rest of Line 1, but passengers boarding southbound trains from Finch or eastbound from Sheppard-Yonge will have to get on a shuttle bus.

In addition to shuttle buses, there will also be Wheel-Trans available for customers needing extra assistance. Those requiring the service can speak to any TTC customer service employee.

North York Centre Station will be completely closed, but Finch and Sheppard-Yonge stations will remain open for fare sales, access to surface routes, and Line 4.
