Despite being in the midst of a global pandemic, Toronto’s luxury real estate market continues to stay hot.

In fact, a recent report from Canadian Luxury Real Estate brand Engel & Völkers revealed that luxury residential home prices were up 11.9% year-over-year  in June and average sales price were also up substantially by 7.8% month-over-month, signalling a revival in the higher price-point segment in the Toronto-area.

Once again, we’ve teamed up with our friends at Zoocasa and MLS to track down the most expensive condos sold in Toronto in the past month. These condos are all worth between a cool $2.7 and $3.67 million dollars, showcasing the best condos our city has to offer complete with luxurious locations, amenities, and designs.
