This month, we teamed up with Zoocasa to bring you a list of the most affordable condos that sold in Toronto in the last month, demonstrating that there are ‘affordable’ options out there.

Each of these properties sold for $350,000 or less — well below the average price of a condo/apartment in the 416-region, which is currently $673,174, according to recent figures from the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB).
