St. Clair Ave. West is renowned as one of the most diverse and vibrant areas of Toronto in which to live, visit, party and dine.

With an eclectic population base built upon Portuguese, Latin American, Italian immigrants, the street ‑ whose name first appeared in an 1878 publication ‑ is often ground zero for World Cup of soccer viewing and celebrations. And, of course, each July the street is transformed into “Salsa on St. Clair,” the largest Latin street fiesta in Canada which attracts up to 500,000 people. This busy street is a destination dining hub with that “old school European feel.”

Today, St. Clair is also a hub for condo development. Some of the most recent to hit the strip include St. Clair Village and Monza Condos. Previous projects have included  The Rushton, from Lash Developments and The Nest, from the Rockport Group.
