For now, a sweet bungalow stands on the “extra-wide” lot, which spans 61.6 by 122 feet. South-facing, the property is indeed set with a fully-approved building permit, which allows for the construction of a modern detached home with more than 3,600 square-feet of living space. A basement, 4+1 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and a 3-car garage plus private drive are all permitted for the projected creation.

Location-wise, the property is tucked into the “high-demand” neighbourhood of Newtonbrook, situated in North York just east of Bathurst Street. Parks, schools, and shopping are all easily accessible nearby while, of course, downtown is readily available via the DVP or transit.
