More people are interested in condos because they are more affordable than other types of properties. But with some condos in the city selling for upwards of $2 million, prospective buyers might be discouraged from entering the market.

That’s why we teamed up with Zoocasa to find the cheapest condos that sold in Toronto between July 15 and August 15. These properties all sold for under $220,000. Check them out below! 

1. 406 - 235 Grandravine Dr. — Sold for $219,000

This quaint but spacious North York condo is located close to York University and Jane Sheppard Mall. Thousands were spent on upgrading the property, which was last sold in 2005 for just $50,500.

Located in the Jane and Finch area, this condo comes with some stellar amenities: gym, BBQ area, outdoor pool and sauna. It also has a stellar view of the city from its south-facing balcony. No wonder it sold for $3,000 over asking!

3. 230 - 10 Eddystone Ave. — Sold for $200,000

This condo townhouse sold just 12 days ago for its exact list price. The value of this three-bed property has only gone up over the years. In 2017, it sold for $143,900.
