In the first half of 2019, a whopping 655 units priced over $1 million sold in the 6ix. And, four units priced over $4 million were recorded on MLS for the same period.

With help from our friends at Zoocasa and MLS, we tracked down the five most expensive condos sold in Toronto in the past month. From townhomes in Yorkville to Waterfront Suites, finding your dream condo in Toronto isn’t an issue if you’ve got the funds to afford it.

1. 606 – 4 Lowther Ave. – Sold for $3.17M
