According to the latest national rent report by Rentals.ca., Toronto continues to be the most expensive city to rent in.  These days, a one-bedroom now has a price tag of $2,266, while a two-bedroom costs $2,782.

For those looking for a rental unit, these prices can be crushing. But there is some hope. According to Zoocasa, there are still rentals available in the city for under $1,500 if you know where to look.
