Despite the extensive damage, no one was injured in the crash, though the bus driver was taken to hospital as a precaution.

Security footage from one of the home’s garages caught the bus missing a turn before ramming into two parked cars and then ultimately the home.

As a result of the crash, residents of both homes have been displaced until engineers can fully asses the structural damage.

Jenitha Anandarajah, who was one of the residents affected by the crash, told CBC the collision was so loud it sounded like a “big blast, like a bomb blast.”

According to TTC spokesperson, Stuart Green, the TTC and Toronto Police are still investigating the incident.
