The clip is cut seconds before the chair hits the road (or cars) making it difficult to tell whether or not the stunt resulted in an accident.

The clip was originally posted to Snapchat and has been viewed more than 220,000 times on Facebook.

Toronto Police Services (TPS) have yet to identify the woman in the video, but Sargent Ron Boyce told Radio-Canada that police believe the condo in question is 55 Bremner Blvd.

Boyce revealed that condo management is working with the police to investigate the incident.

Though it is difficult to tell based on the video, TPS believes the video was filmed a few days ago and that more than one chair was thrown.

More details are expected to come today as TPS cybercrime unit investigates the issue.

UPDATE

On February 13, Toronto Police services confirmed the woman in the video, Marcella Zoia, turned herself in.

On Tuesday, TPS announced they identified the woman and were waiting on her or her lawyer to contact them.

The incident which is believed to have occurred at 10 a.m. on Saturday did not result in any injuries. However, TPS, who are also looking for the person behind the camera, says the woman is wanted for mischief – endangering life.
