Still figuring out your New Year's Eve plans? You might want to check out the CN Tower. For the first time ever, the iconic tower is hosting a public New Year's Eve bash.

Is there anything more Torontonian than ringing in the New Year atop the city's iconic landmark?

For $90 a ticket, partygoers will be able to dance the night away on the Glass Floor and LookOut levels. Ticket prices also cover passed hors d’oeuvres, non-alcoholic drinks and food stations filled with local fare.

The venue will also feature a cash bar, which will probably help reduce your odds of having a hangover on January 1.

According to the website for the CN Tower, at midnight, guests will be treated to party favours and poutine.  And for those with a sweet tooth, the night will end off with a "dessert buffet extravaganza".

Tickets can be purchased online and will be available until December 30 at 11 p.m. or until sold out. And let's be real, it'll probably sell out so don't wait.

Earlier this summer, the CN Tower turned 42. Up until 2010, it was the world's largest free-standing tower.

Toronto
