Assembly Chef’s Hall is the new-in-town, sexier cousin of every food court in the city — an anti-food court, if you will. And it's a first for Canada.

Referred to as a food hall, it’s home to 17 of Toronto’s best chefs, restaurateurs, and baristas who have come together to create a one-of-a-kind culinary experience. Ranging from Hibiscus (vegans rejoice) to Little Dailo and Love Chix, Assembly Chef’s Hall offers a unique dining experience for every person - vegans and fried chicken lovers alike.

Whether you’re looking for that quick coffee fix or want to sit down for a drink or two with friends, this hall has got you covered. With 850 seats situated throughout, two fully-stocked bars — one of which offers Margaritas on-tap — this 18,000-square-foot space will transport your eating from every day to exciting.

The spaceis not just about food, it's also about design. It boasts gorgeous, dimly-lit chandeliers, dark-stained wooden tables, as well as an in-house DJ. And you cannot miss the grand 52-foot mural, painted by Torontos very own Kathryn Macnaughton. It adds a colourful splash or given its size, a colourful wave to the oh-so hip and happening Beer Hall.

The next-level food hall wouldnt be complete without the flair that shines through each vendors kiosk.

Short and Sweet opted to commission Montreal street-artist Antoine Tavaglione for a loud, tongues-out, all pink wall for their space - commanding the attention of every passerby. They imported pink Italian marble, and of course had to include their signature neon sign touch, which this time reads Booty By Cupcakes.

Bar Reyna stands out from the crowd by positioning a massive slab of live-edge wood at their space, as well as a vibrant red wall with a hand-painted mural of Reyna.

Mira Mira brings the health and wellness vibes in a not-so-classic way. Complete with feminine touches, such as copper pendant lights and flowers painted over pink backdrops, Mira Mira is the warm and inviting antidote to every other green and white, minimalist healthy space. In keeping with the idea of good food that happens to be healthy, it's decorated with fresh fruits, plants and see-through jars of nuts and seeds, while attracting the eye with loads of colour and natural wood countertops.

Every vendor stays true to its own brand, while delivering that Instagrammable quality that Torontonians love so much.

Whether youre passing by for lunch, sitting down for dinner or just grabbing drinks, Assembly Chefs Hall brings the fun and the flavour and is an instant (and Instagram-worthy) staple in the heart of Toronto.
